This policy applies to yoursalarytax.com, a free collection of take-home pay calculators. Any privacy matter, including a request to access or erase data, can go to [email protected], where a person will reply rather than an automated form.

What actually gets collected

Information you provide

Using the YourSalaryTax calculators needs no account and no login. The salary figures you type are never stored, because every calculation runs inside your own browser in JavaScript.

When you send something through the contact form we take your name, email address and message so we can reply. That information is handled by our mail server and passed to nobody else.

Automatically collected data

Like most websites, we collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is used for security and performance monitoring and is not linked to individual users.

If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This data is anonymised and aggregated. See our Cookie Policy for details.
